Privacy Policy

At Better body studio you can cancel or reschedule your appointment anytime up to 48 hours before commencement of the allotted appointment without incurring a fee. We send out a reminder text notification 72 hours ( if able) prior to your appointment to ensure you have plenty of time to cancel or make changes to your appointment before the cancellation window.

If you cancel or reschedule prior to your appointment less than 48 hour prior to your appointment 50% of the cost of the treatment on the day will be charged.

If you cancel reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment or you are a no show,  100% of the cost of the treatment will be incurred as we have no way of filling your time slot.

If you are unable to attend due to extenuating circumstances (including Covid) we require a medical certificate to consider a refund.

If you reschedule less than 24 hours notice you will forfeit that session of your package and further sessions to your package will be at additional cost if requested.

All packages are fixed price and only available for the advertised period. Any changes outside the promotional period will at normal prices.

We have a no refund policy on all treatments.
